Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Project Technical Support-III (1 vacancy): Candidates must hold a three-year Graduate Degree in Social Work or Nursing with relevant experience, OR a Post Graduate Degree in Social Work or Nursing. Experience is required for the Graduate track; the Post Graduate track may be considered with or without additional experience as specified in the official notification.
• Project Technical Support-I (1 vacancy): Candidates must have passed Matriculation (10th) and possess a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT/DMLT) or ITI in a relevant trade or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in Medical Laboratory Technology. Alternative qualification: A three-year Graduate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology with at least one year of experience in the relevant subject.

All qualifications must be from a recognized institution, and candidates must be able to produce original certificates at the time of document verification during the walk-in interview.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process for AIIMS Bhubaneswar Project Technical Support Recruitment 2026 consists of the following stages:

1. Step 1 – Online Application: Eligible candidates must submit their application online through the official AIIMS Bhubaneswar portal on or before 05 October 2026. A printout of the submitted application should be retained for the interview.
2. Step 2 – Walk-in Interview: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will attend the walk-in interview on 07 October 2026. The exact reporting time and venue will be as specified in the official notification PDF. Candidates are advised to carry all original documents along with self-attested photocopies.
3. Step 3 – Selection Committee Evaluation: An AIIMS Selection Committee will evaluate candidates through a personal interview / presentation based on academic record, relevant experience, and subject knowledge. If the number of eligible candidates exceeds 30 for a particular post, the committee may conduct a screening written test to shortlist candidates for the personal interview.
4. Step 4 – Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will undergo document verification of originals. Any discrepancy in documents may lead to disqualification.

Note: No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Dearness Allowance) will be paid to candidates for attending the walk-in interview.

Contract Duration & Employment Nature

This recruitment is for contractual project-based positions at AIIMS Bhubaneswar under the CM&FM Project. These are not regular cadre or permanent government posts. The appointment will be initially for a period as specified in the official notification, extendable based on project funding and performance. Candidates are advised not to assume permanent government job security or lifetime pension benefits for these positions.
