Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Basic Eligibility: Open for persons of Indian nationality working in or retired from Govt. Organisations, Railways, Metro Organizations, CPWD, or PSUs.
• Pay Scale/Grade:
• Working in or retired from the CDA pay scale at Level 14 (Rs. 144,200 – 218,200) as per 7th CPC, or a higher grade.
• OR Working in or retired from the IDA pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000/-, or a higher grade, including services on deputation.
• Experience: A total of 18 (Eighteen) years of service at the Gazetted / Executive level with varied experience in the Architecture department of the aforementioned organizations.
• Other Requirements: Candidates must be free from D&AR and Vigilance angles. Must be conversant with functioning in a computerized environment. Candidates currently in regular service must opt for retirement (VRS or otherwise) before joining DMRC.
• Desirable: Hands-on knowledge of various computer applications relating to the job.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for the PRCE post will be conducted through a rigorous two-stage screening process. No written exam is specified for this executive level contract role.

1. Personal Interview: Assessing different facets of knowledge, skills, comprehension, and aptitude.
2. Medical Fitness Examination: The candidate must pass the Medical Examination in the Executive/Technical category as per DMRC rules. Candidates who fail the medical test will not be given any alternative employment.
