How to Calculate Score
Use this formula to estimate your score:
Total Score = (Correct Answers × Marks per Question) – (Wrong Answers × Negative Marking)
Marking Scheme for SSC CHSL Tier 2 Exam:
- Correct Answer: +2 or +3 marks (as per section)
- Wrong Answer: -0.50 or -1 mark (negative marking applicable in certain sections)
- Unattempted: 0 marks
Objection Process
If you disagree with any answer in the tentative key, follow these steps:
- Log in to your candidate portal on ssc.gov.in
- Go to the “Challenge/Objection” section (Challenge Management Portal)
- Select the question(s) you want to challenge
- Provide reason/explanation and upload supporting documents (if required)
- Pay the objection fee (₹50 per question, non-refundable)
- Submit before the deadline: 23rd April 2026 (06:00 PM)
Important: Objections submitted after the deadline will NOT be considered. Objection window is open from 20th April 2026 (01:00 PM) to 23rd April 2026 (06:00 PM).
