The Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) is the civic body responsible for administering the twin cities of Kalyan and Dombivli in Thane district, Maharashtra. Established in 1982-83 under the Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporation Act, its mandate encompasses urban planning, sanitation, water supply, solid waste management, roads, public health, education, and transportation services.
