The following posts are to be fled up for the projects at the Depatment of Agricultural Biotechnology, AAU, Anand.

5. Fellowship Amount (Rs.) Rs. 18000/- + 8 % HRA
6. Project Period 5 years (Up to 30- 09-2026)
7. The appointment will be purely on a contractual basis and hence will not provide any employment after completion of the research scheme. The services of fellow may be terminated without any notice at any time by the University.

1. The application on plain paper along with complete bio-data as per the attached proforma should be sent to Unit Officer, Department of Agricultural Biotechnology, Anand Agricultural University. Anand on or before 28/01/2022 Application should have 'a cover letter clearly indicating "Name of Post" and "Name of the project" for which candidate is applying.
2. Please attach the certified copies of all the relevant documents chronologically and also bring original documents at the time of the interview. If the numbers of candidates are more, written test will be conducted.

Anand Agricultural University (AAU) was established in 2004 at Anand with the support of the Government of Gujarat, Act No.(Guj 5 of 2004) dated April 29, 2004. Caved out of the erstwhile Gujarat Agricultural University (GAU), the dream institution of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Dr. K. M. Munshi, the AAU was set up to provide support to the farming community in three facets namely education, research and extension activities in Agriculture, Horticulture Engineering, product Processing and Home Science. At present there seven Colleges, seventeen Research Centers and six Extension Education Institute working in nine districts of Gujarat namely Ahmedabad, Anand, Dahod, Kheda, Panchmahal, Vadodara, Mahisagar, Botad and Chhotaudepur
