Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
- Ensure safe/secure campus and surrounding areas.
- Manage and control authorized entry/exit of persons, vehicles, and goods/materials.
- Take immediate action on reports of daily activities and irregularities.
- Liaise with Government Officials and external agencies.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Institute Events and VIP Movements.
- Implement Identity/Gate Passes to allow authorized entry.
- Plan and implement investigation and search procedures.
- Install and supervise Fire Fighting Equipment and procedures.
- Scrutinize and verify Invoices through SAP.
- Handle security personnel, supervise their work, and submit monthly reports.
- Regulate vehicular traffic and parking control.
- Liaise with local police and lodge FIRs on behalf of IIMA.
- Assist foreign national students with ERRO Registration.
