Manager and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 592 Posts

Educational Qualification:
(1) Manager - Business Finance: Candidates Should have Chartered Accountant (CA) or Full-Time MBA in Finance. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant field with any Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India

(2) MSME Relationship Manager: Candidates Should have Full-time graduate in any discipline from a recognized university (MBA in Marketing or Finance is preferred). Experience: Minimum 3 years as a relationship manager in MSME Banking with any Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India.

(3) MSME Relationship Senior Manager: Candidates Should have Similar to MSME Relationship Manager. Experience: Minimum 5 years as a relationship manager in MSME Banking with any Bank, NBFC, or Financial Institution in India.

(4) Head - AI: Candidates Should have B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science, or MCA (Preferred: MS or Two-Year MBA/PGDM). Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an AI Practitioner (ranging from AI R&D to AI implementation).

(5) Head - Marketing Automation: Candidates Should have Graduation in any discipline + Two-Year MBA/PGDM (Certificates in Data Science and Digital Marketing preferred). Experience: Minimum 10 years in Marketing Technology Stack, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, or BFSI, with at least 5 years in Marketing Automation or Digital Marketing

(6) Head - Merchant Business Acquiring: Candidates Should have Graduation in any discipline (Two-Year MBA/PGDM preferred). Experience: Minimum 10 years in POS and Value Added Services (VAS) sales within banking or with a merchant acquirer

(7) Project Manager - Head: Candidates Should have B.E./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics and Communication Engineering (Preferred: Post-graduation in Management or PMP Certification). Experience: At least 12 years in project management of digital products, including 3 years of complete banking product rollouts.

(8) Digital Partnership Lead - Fintechs: Candidates Should have Graduation in any discipline (Two-Year MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred). Experience: Minimum 8 years in digital partnerships with fintech and B2B sales in a leadership role, ideally within banking or finance.

(9) Zonal Lead Manager – Merchant Acquiring Business: Candidates Should have B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science, or MCA (Two-Year MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred). Experience: At least 5 years in POS and VAS sales within banking or with a merchant acquirer.

(10) ATM/KIOSK Business Unit Manager: Candidates Should have Graduation in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech in IT preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing ATM or KIOSK operations. For more details, please refer to official notification.
