Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the temporary position of Project Fellow to work in the Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA2.0)sponsored thematic research project “Component 10: Research, Innovation and Quality Improvement” – Biological Sciences under the supervision of Head of the Department of Biotechnology, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli -620 024. 1. Name of the Post: Project Fellow (1No.) 2. Title of the Project: Studies on Pharmacological Potential of bioactive compounds from endophytic fungi of medicinal plants 3. Duration: 2 Years. The position is purely temporary, with an initial appointment for one year, and extendable to one additional year. The position is co-terminus with the project. 4. Essential: M.Sc./ M.Phil. (life sciences) with minimum of 60% marks/CGPA 6.1 and above 5. Desired: M.Sc. Biotechnology 6. Fellowship: Rs.14,000/-pm (consolidated)

2. Highly qualified and interested candidates are invited to submit an application in the prescribed format through mail on or before 26.12.2021. 3. The appointed person shall have no claim of appointment/ absorption in Funding Agency.
4. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the walk-in-interview.
