Educational Qualification: Chief Executive Officer(CEO-FPO) : อป (For Outside of Bihar) Graduate in agriculture /agriculture marketing / agri-business management or BBA or equivalent. อป (For Local Professionals) - Graduate in agriculture / agriculture marketing / agri-business management or BBA or equivalent or 10+2 and Diploma in agriculture / agriculture marketing /agri-business management or other related areas. อป (For Members of SHG or Family members of SHG)-10+2 and Diploma in agriculture /agriculture marketing / agri-business management or other related areas. Minimum 1 year experience of working for farmers at grass root-level. Accountant : อป 10+2 in Commerce or Accountancy. อป Knowledge of accounting software (tally etc) is must. อป SHG member / Family members / Book Keeper will be given preference in the selection process. Minimum 1 year work experience as an accountant handling financial transactions with exposure to accounting Software.
