Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of Professor( Contract) in the Central Agricultural University Imphal, as per details given below

1. Post Name: Professor (Plant Pathology) on Contractual basis

2. No. of Post: 01

3. Period of Contract: 01 (One) year The contract can be terminated by either side at any time, by giving one month's notice. The University can terminate the contract immediately, by paying one month's agreed remuneration in lieu of the notice period.

4. Job Location: College of Post Graduate Studies in Agricultural Sciences, Barapani, Central Agricultural University, Imphal

5. Qualifications: The applicant should be an Indian national. Ph.D. in Agricultural Plant Pathology with experience of working in Public Sector, Agricultural Universities or Research Institutions in the rank of Professor/equivalent post at pay Level-14 and above for 10 years on regular basis. to the candidates having well experience in Preference will be give planning and execution of Research and Extension activities.

5. Remuneration & Entitlements: of Rs. 82,500/- per month will be paid and other service conditions will be as per existing rules of the University for contract Remuneration appointment.
