Educational Qualification:
Community Care Coordinator (CCC): Should be a PLHIV, with a minimum of Intermediate (12th) Level Education, Must also have working knowledge of Marathi, Hindi and English.
Data Manager: 1) Graduate (B.Com. graduates preferred) and Diploma in Computer Application from Govt. recognized institute or university and 2) D.O.E.A.C.C or MS-CIT from Govt. recognized institute or university.
Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing/GNM OR ANM with min 3 years of Experience.
Counselor: Graduate degree holder in Psychology/Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Human development/Nursing with 3 years of experience in counseling/ educating under National Health programme OR, -Graduate in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/ Anthropology/Human development/Nursing.
Medical Officer: MBBS (Preference to trained by NACO at one of the NACO designated training centers.)
