Educational Qualification: Any Masters Degree

For implementation of Regional/City Level Landscape projects in Delhi, DDA invites applications for engaging Professionals purely on contractual basis. The required eligibility criteria for the posts are as under:

1. Post Name: Consultant (Sr. Landscape Architect)

2. No. of Post: 02

3. Educational Qualifications: 

i. Two years full time Masters in Landscape Architecture from a recognized University.

ii. Five years full time Bachelor in Architecture from recognized reputed University

4. Experience & Eligibility criteria: Minimum 5 years of experience after masters degree in Core Landscape projects candidates must have:

i. Handled Regional/city level Landscape projects of area not less than 50 hectares from inception of the project till the completion.

ii. Experience of working on ecological projects is essential.

iii. A full-time continuous experience of at least 3years of working in a Government organization on landscape projects

iv. Experience in Site coordination and supervision/execution of site works.

v. Knowledge of Preparation of BOQs and Estimates.

5. Desirables:

i. Proficiency in Architectural based software-Auto Cad, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Development Softwares, MS Office (particularly proficient in documentation and presentations)

ii. Any publications/research paper published and interest in Seminars for knowledge building

6. Monthly Remuneration: ₹ 65000/-

7. Period of Engagement: 01 Year (DDA may extend the contract period further depending on requirement and satisfactory performance of the candidate which would be reviewed annually.)

8. Above professionals will be hired for implementation of Regional/City level projects for a period mentioned against each purely on contractual basis on a fixed consolidated remuneration mentioned herein above. No annual increment in consolidated remuneration shall be granted. After expiry of the contract DDA, may extend the contract period further depending on requirement and satisfactory performance of the candidate which would be reviewed annually.

4. Experience & Eligibility criteria: Candidate must have Proficiency in Architectural based software-Auto Cad, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Development Software, MS Office (particularly proficient in documentation and presentations)

5. Desirables: 01 Year of Experience in Landscape Projects after Master’s Degree

6. Monthly Remuneration: ₹ 45,000/-

7. Period of Engagement: 01 Year (DDA may extend the contract period further depending on requirement and satisfactory performance of the candidate which would be reviewed annually.)
