Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Master’s degree in Genetics/Plant Breeding/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Biotechnology with 4/5 years bachelor’s degree. Candidates with 3 years bachelor’s degree must have UGC/CSIR/ICAR NET qualification or equivalent or a Ph.D. in any of the above disciplines. Desirable: Experience in Molecular Breeding, biotechnology, and proficiency in computer applications.
• Young Professional-I (YP-I): Graduation degree in Agricultural Science or Diploma in Agricultural Sciences / Life Sciences from a recognized university. Desirable: Working knowledge of computer and MS Office or hands-on experience in Molecular markers/Emasculation and pollination work.

• SRF: Maximum 35 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST & women, 3 years for OBC)
