Subject:- Filing up the posts of Inspectors, Assistants & Stenographer Gr-ll in the office of Competent Authority & Administrator, Chennai on deputation basis— reg 1. Post Name: Inspectors 2. No of Posts: 02 3. Salary: Rs. 9300- 34800-4200 (Pre- revised). Revised-35400/- & Pay Matrix Level -6 4. Eligibility: i. Income-tax or Inspector of Customs and GST (previously Central Excise) or Narcotics (Central Bureau of Narcotics or Narcotics Control Bureau) or Assistant Enforcement Officer or Sub-Inspector of Central police organisation, Central Bureau of Investigation. ii. Head Clerks or Tax Assistants or IJpper Division Clerks of Income- tax, GST (previously Central Customs Excise) and Departments who have qualified in the Departmental Examination for promotion to the grade of Inspector in the respective Departments. Officials with flair for Income-tax Act, Customs Act, Foreign Exchange Maintenance Act and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act Will be given reference. 5. Vacancy Circular No. 03/2020-21
