The Office of the Controller of Communication Accounts, Maharashtra & Goa, Mumbai-54 has released a circular to fill up vacant posts in the cadre of Junior Accountant and Lower Division Clerk (LDC) on a deputation basis. Eligible officials working in Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs are invited to submit their applications in the prescribed format.

  • Essential Qualification: Officials holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Central/State Govt Depts/Ministries/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs.
  • Experience: Regular service is not explicitly specified for analogous post holders.

Eligibility for Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of regular service required if applying as an LDC.

Important Instructions

  • Age Limit: Maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall be 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application (15/02/2026).
  • Location of Posting: Primarily Mumbai. Officials may also be posted to Nagpur and Aurangabad Regional Offices if required.
  • Period of Deputation: Initially for 2 years, extendable further if the official is willing, subject to approval.
  • Application Process: Applications must be forwarded to the prescribed address in the format given in Annexure-II, accompanied by required documents.
