Engineers India Limited, a Navratna PSU and an Engineering Consultancy Company is looking for dynamic & self-motivated professionals with zeal to learn, contribute and grow with the Company. In the last five decades, the Company has executed some of India’s major projects in refineries, petrochemicals, pipelines, offshore, metallurgy, infrastructure & fertilizer sectors and has embarked on an expansion plan into sunrise sectors such as Nuclear, Solar, Water & Waste Management with increasing international presence in over 13 countries world-wide.

1. Position : Chief General Manager

2. No of post : 01

3. Minimum Educational Qualification : B.E. /B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) from a recognised University/Institution with minimum 60% marks. Chemical Engineering Graduates shall have added advantage.

4. Post Qualification Experience  : Minimum 23 years, out of which majority should be in the Operation and/or Maintenance of Ammonia and Urea based fertilizer plants. Last five years’ experience should be in senior management position as Operation Head (Ammonia/ Urea/ Bagging)/ Maintenance Head/ Project Head. Experience in pre-commissioning/ commissioning of ammonia and urea plant projects will be an added advantage. Should have knowledge of fertilizer policies of India.

1. Position : General Manager

2. No of post : 01

3. Minimum Educational Qualification : Degree in law (full time) with minimum 50% marks from recognized University/Institute in India

4. Post Qualification Experience  : Minimum 21 years (at least 5 years in a senior Management position) in any of the following organizations/entities: 1) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department of a Public Sector Undertaking or a Statutory Corporation 2) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department in a Central/State Government Department/Undertaking/Institution 3) As Full-Time Officer/Executive in the Legal Department in a Central/State Regulatory Body 4) As a Judicial Officer in the Judicial Services of any State. 5) As an Executive in the Legal Department of a Large Private Sector Organization/Company of repute as an employee of that Company.

5. Essential Work Experience Areas: Candidates should have experience of working in any of the following areas: i) Arbitration (including commercial arbitration) & Conciliation matters, Industrial/ Labour law matters and other dispute resolution mechanisms ii) Drafting & Vetting various Legal or contractual documents, providing legal opinions, handling legal matters pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures, Regulatory matters etc. iii) Handling litigation (Civil, Consumer and Criminal) before different Judicial/Quasi-Judicial Forums, All things equal, Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry

3. Minimum Educational Qualification : B.E. /B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) from a recognised University/Institution with minimum 60% marks. Chemical Engineering Graduates shall have added advantage.

4. Post Qualification Experience  : Minimum 19 years experience in the areas as mentioned above for General Manager
