Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI) is an “Institution of National Importance” under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India. Since its inception FDDI is playing an important role in imparting education, facilitating the Indian Industries by bridging the gap in the areas of Footwear, Leather Accessory & lifestyle products. FDDI invites applications from experienced professionals for the post as mentioned below:

1. Post Name: Assistant Manager

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essentials: MBA/PGDM (of atleast 2 years duration) with specialization in the field of Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University / institute

5. Place of Posting: Noida

6. Salary: Minimum Monthly CTI-40,000

7. Experience: Candidates with experience of handling HR matters such as operations, employee life cycle management, employee welfare, grievances, RTI, HR Policy, vigilance matter and disciplinary proceedings.

1. Post Name: Deputy Manager

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essentials: MBA/PGDM (of atleast 2 years duration) with specialization in the field of Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University / institute

6. Salary: Minimum Monthly CTI-45,000

7. Experience:

Experience of atleast 5 years in handling HR matters such as operations, employee life cycle management, employee welfare, grievances, RTI, HR Policy, vigilance matter and disciplinary proceedings. 2. The candidate should have experience of atleast 3 years at the Assistant Manager (HR & Admn) level in FDDI or equivalent or above out of total experience specified

3. Essential: LLB with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university / institute

4. Desirable: MBA/PGDM (of atleast 2 years duration) with specialization in the field of Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations

6. Salary: Minimum Monthly CTI-60,000

7. Experience:

Experience of atleast 10 years in handling legal matters. 2. The candidate should have experience of atleast 5 years at the Deputy Manager (HR & Admn) level in FDDI or equivalent or above out of total experience specified. Desirable: Experience in handling service related matters

1. Post Name: Chief Engineer ( CE)/Superintending Engineer (SE)

3. B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 55 % marks from a recognized university/institute.

4. Desirable: M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/institute.

5. Place of Posting: Any Campus

6. Salary: For CE level: Minimum Monthly CTI- 1,50,000 For SE level: Minimum Monthly CTI- 1,20,000

7. Experience: The candidate should have experience at least 22 years (in case of chief engineer) or 20 years (in case of Superintending Engineer) experience in planning, designing, organising, controlling Civil Infrastructures and in handling at least 5 civil construction projects.

3. Essential:

i. Master’s degree (of minimum 02 years duration after Graduation)or PG Diploma(of minimum 02 years duration after Graduation) in Design/Leather Design/Accessories Design/Product Design/Leather goods and Accessories Design with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university / Institute, or

ii. Master’s degree (of minimum 02 years duration after Graduation)or PG Diploma(of minimum 02 years duration after Graduation) in any field from a recognized university / Institute, and Bachelor Degree or Diploma(of minimum 3 years duration) in Design/Leather Design/Accessories Design/Product Design/Leather goods and Accessories Design with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university/Institute

5. Place of Posting: Any Campus

6. Salary: Minimum Monthly CTI-45,000

7. Experience: 

Academic and/or Industry Experience of at least 3 years in the field of Leather goods. 2. Academic experience, if any, should be of teaching in UG degree or higher academic courses. Preference will be given to candidates who have hands on experience on software like PHOTOSHOP,COREL,ELITRON,RHINOC EROS etc. 2. Candidates with industrial experience will be given preference.
