Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Common Requirements for All Posts:

Instructor (Automobile):

• Degree in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University with at least 1 year work/teaching experience; OR Diploma in Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years work/teaching experience; OR Diploma/Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) with minimum 4 years experience in Automotive Service Industry with working experience on latest tools and equipment used for vehicle servicing.

Instructor (Tourism & Hospitality):

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management with at least 5 years work/teaching experience in Food and Beverage service including one year as supervisory capacity in a classified Hotel or Facility Management Company; OR Certificate in Domain with 5 years sector-specific experience; OR Diploma in Hotel Management with 5 years sector-specific experience; OR Degree in Hotel Management with 5 years sector-specific experience; OR Post-graduation in Travel & Tourism Management / Tourism and Hospitality with at least 1 year work experience; OR Three years degree/diploma after class XII in Tourism and Travel Management from a recognized Institute of Hotel Management with at least 3 years industrial experience.

Instructor (Healthcare):

• Diploma (GNM) with total experience of 3 years (2 years sector-specific or 1 year teaching); OR B.Sc. Nursing and Midwifery (4 years) or 3½ years Diploma in GNM with one year experience; OR B.Sc. (Nursing) / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with total experience of 2 years (1 year sector-specific or 1 year teaching); OR Medical Graduate (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS) with total experience of 2 years (1 year sector-specific or 1 year teaching); OR Ph.D. (Nursing) with total experience of 2 years; OR M.Sc. (Nursing) with total experience of 2 years.

Instructor (Plumbing):

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year work/teaching experience; OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years work/teaching experience; OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 3 years experience (2 years sector-specific, 0-1 year teaching).

Instructor (Logistics):

• Graduate or Diploma in Logistics Management / PG Diploma in Logistics Management with at least 50% marks and 1 year work or teaching experience in logistics; OR Graduate with 2 years subject-specific experience in Logistics Sector. Preference to MBA (Logistics Management) and/or PG Diploma in Logistics Management.

Instructor (Electronics):

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication with 1 year experience; OR Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication with 2 years experience; OR B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Technology / Master of Computer Science / MCA / MIT / DOEACC B Level; OR 3 years Polytechnic Diploma with 5 years experience in Consumer Electronics and 1 year sector-specific experience; OR Engineer Graduate or higher degree in listed branches with 1 year sector-specific experience; OR Polytechnic Diploma in listed branches with 3 years experience. • Graduate in any stream from a reputed Institute with at least 1 year experience in the Media & Entertainment industry, preferably in animation production as a texturing artist.

Instructor (Retail):

• Graduate or Diploma in Retail Management / PG Diploma in Marketing with at least 50% marks and 1 year teaching/work experience; OR 12th Pass with 4 years sector-specific experience in Retail Store Operations or Sales; OR Retail Diploma/Graduate with 2 years sector-specific experience; OR 12th Pass with 4 years sector-specific experience (International QP); OR Retail Diploma/Graduate with 2 years sector-specific experience (International QP).

Instructor (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance):

• Post-graduation in Commerce / Management / Finance with at least 1 year work experience in the sector; OR B.Com / Any Graduate with 3 years sector-specific experience.

Instructor (Telecommunication):

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology with 1 year work experience in Industry/Training; OR Diploma in appropriate branch / M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry with 4 years work experience in Industry/Training.

Instructor (Construction):

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year work/teaching experience; OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years work/teaching experience; OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1 year sector-specific experience; OR B.Tech/M.Tech with 0.6 years sector-specific experience.

Instructor (Apparel):

• M.Sc./MH.Sc. in Textile & Clothing with 1 year professional experience; OR BH.Sc. with 2 years experience; OR 3-year Diploma in Apparel Designing/Production after class XII (AICTE approved) or Bachelor in Fashion Designing/Fashion Technology with 1 year professional experience.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection process for Goa Samagra Shiksha Instructor posts consists of the following stages:

1. Walk-in Interview: Candidates must report at the Directorate of Education, Porvorim, Goa on 12 November 2026 or 13 November 2026 at 09:45 AM. The interview commences at 10:00 AM before an interview panel.
2. Document Verification: Original certificates and documents will be verified during the walk-in interview. Candidates who fail to produce original valid documents at the time of verification shall be eliminated from the process.
3. Rejection Clause: Candidature of a shortlisted candidate shall be rejected at any time if found ineligible at document verification.
