Indian Farmers Fertiliser Co operative Limited (IFFCO), is the largest fertiliser manufacturing and marketing cooperative of the world and has joint ventures in India and abroad in diversified fields. It has five large chemical fertiliser plants located at Kalol & Kandla in Gujarat, Aonla & Phulpur in Uttar Pradesh and Paradeep in Odisha and Marketing Network PAN India. Its Corporate Office is in New Delhi. 1. Name of the Post: Trainee (Legal) 2. Qualification & Percentage of Marks: Full time three years Degree in Law or Full Time Five years Integrated LLB Course from any reputed university recognized by UGC with minimum 60% marks in aggregate. 3. Training Period & Stipend: The training period will be for one year and during training, monthly consolidated stipend of Rs.36,000/- will be paid along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO and thereafter, if found suitable, will be absorbed as Assistant (Legal) in the pay scale of Rs.40000-75000. The CTC after absorption may be Rs.9 lakhs per annum (approx.). 4. Service Bond: The selected candidates will have to furnish a service Bond for serving for a minimum period of 3 years after successful completion of training. General/OBC would be required to furnish a bond of Rs. 80,000/- & SC/ST of Rs.20,000/- at the time of joining for training. 5. Place of Posting: Initially, at any of the plant locations, but transferable anywhere in India.
