Skills / Eligibility
1. Post Name: Apprentice 2. Qualification: One year Full-time regular ITI course in the trade of Plastic Processing Operator after class Xth from Institution recognised by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Directorate General of Training, Government of Indiaand passed in the year 2018 or thereafter are only eligible to apply. 3. Apprenticeship Period& Stipend One year apprenticeship training on a monthly consolidated stipend of Rs.7, 700/-along with other allowances as per the rules of IFFCO. 4. Post Apprenticeship Training Period & Stipend Post Apprenticeship, successful candidates may be engaged as IFFCO Trainee for two years on a monthly stipend of Rs. 28400/- in the first year &Rs. 29,300/- in the second year along with other benefits as per the rules of IFFCO. Candidates if found suitable after the aforesaid training period, will be absorbed as Jr. Operator (Bottle Manufacturing) in a suitable pay scale. 5. Service Bond& Confidentiality Agreement Post Apprenticeship, successful candidates engaged as IFFCO Trainee will have to furnish a bond to serve IFFCO- Nano Plant for a minimum period of three years after training period. General/OBC would be required to furnish a bond of Rs. 25,000/-& SC/ST of Rs.6,500/- at the time of Joining for Training. Confidentiality Agreement will be for maintaining confidentiality of trade secrets and intellectual expertise
a. General & OBC Category-Minimum 60% marks in aggregate in ITI (Plastic Processing Operator)
b. SC/ST Category- Minimum 55% marks in aggregate in ITI (Plastic Processing Operator)
