Applications are invited from eligible Indian national for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a time bound ARDB DRDO sponsored project undertaken in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. 1. Post Name : Junior Research Fellow 2. No Of Post : 01 3. Essential Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks and Gate score or ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/ Material and Metallurgical Engineering/ Material Science Engineering/ or equivalent degree with minimum of 60% marks. 4. Project Title: Development of Mechanical and Microstructural Behaviour of Laser Based Direct Energy Deposited and Wire Arc Additive Manufactured Ti-6Al-4V Components 5. Sponsoring Agency:Grants In-Aid Scheme Aeronautics R&D Board (ARDB) Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO) 6. Consolidated monthly Salary: JRF- Rs. 31,000 + 8% HRA per month (For Two Years) SRF- Rs. 35,000 + 8% HRA per month (For Third Year) 7. Principal Investigators (IITT): Dr. Ajay Kumar and Dr. D.V. Kiran 8. Department: Mechanical Engineering 9. Tenure of Assignment: 01 Year, Extendable another two years subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds. Selection Procedure
The shortlisted candidates will be informed by E-mail only. Selection will be based on the qualification, experience and interview. Interview shall be conducted on 31st January 2022 in online mode.
