Sports Eligibility (Representation Requirements)

Candidates must have represented in recognized tournaments as detailed below:

• For Officer Post: Should have represented the Country.
• For Clerk Post: Candidates must satisfy at least one of the following criteria:
  • Represented the State in Junior/Senior Nationals/National Games, OR
  • Member of the Combined Universities Team, OR
  • Member of the University team in Inter-university event and finished in the top three positions, OR
  • Member of the district team and participated in Inter-district championship finishing in the first three positions.

Selection Process

Since this is a sports quota recruitment, the selection is based on merit in sports achievements and performance in trials, not a written exam.

1. Screening of Applications: Initial check of eligibility and sports credentials.
2. Performance in Trials: Candidates will be called for sports trials/discipline-specific tests.
3. Interview: Applied only for Officer Cadre. Clerk candidates are generally selected based on trials.
