Educational Qualification: M.Phil/Ph.D
1. Job Description: IIM Tiruchirappalli requires a research staff for a research project titled, ‘Corporate Governance and Earnings Management: Moderating Role of Audit Committee’.
2. Applicant should be flexible with working hours and this position is a purely contractual position for a period 12 months only.
3. Post Name: Research Staff
4. The project requires primarily a collection of secondary data from various database and annual reports of companies, analysis, and interpretation of data, etc.
5. Educational Qualification: The candidate must have a minimum qualification of post-graduate degree in commerce/economics/management/statistics with excellent writing skills and a strong research orientation with good knowledge in statistical software such as SPSS / R, Stata, etc. In addition, candidate should be well-versed with the advanced features of MS-Office and strong report writing skills. However, candidates with Ph.D in the above mentioned field are preferred.
6. Compensation: Consolidated salary ₹ 30,000 per month.
7. Location: IIM Tiruchirappalli
