1. Qualifications for Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• Option A: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science selected through National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET including Lectureship) or GATE.
• Option B: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through National level exams (DST, DBT, DRDO, IIT, IISc, etc.).
• Essential Academic Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering with minimum 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA.
  • OR M.E./M.Tech in Embedded Systems/VLSI/Signal Processing with 65% marks/6.5 CGPA.
  • GATE Score: Valid GATE score obtained in the last four years is mandatory for JRF.

2. Qualifications for Project Associate-I (PA-I)

• Academic Requirement: Master's Degree in Natural/Agri Sciences/MVSc OR Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology.
• Essential Academic Requirements:
  • B.E./B.Tech in ECE with 65% marks/6.5 CGPA.
