Educational Qualification: Any Masters Degree

Indian Institute of Public Administration desires to engage suitable persons for two posts of Research Officer on contractual basis in the project on "Designing, Developing and Implementing District Good Governance Index in UP: Replicating Good Governance Index", as per details stated below:

1. Post Name: Research Officer (02 posts)

2. Qualifications: Master's Degree or equivalent.

3. Experience: 2-3 years in the related activities. (Preferably in the field of Public Administration/Governance/Public Policy/Management/ report writing).

4. Expected Job Profile:

Coordination with state organizations for data/information exchange, support to conduct o workshops, support in preparation of status reports and projects proposals, data collection & analysis under the guidance & reporting to Project Coordinator.

5. Preferred Skills: Excellent DATA ANALYSIS (SPSS, Excel), Flawless communication skills (written, oral and presentation), Independent IT Skills (MS-Office and Internet).

6. Expected Professional Attributes: Willing to travel (within India) and work on holidays/evening: willing to withstand project deadline pressures (as and when): A supportive team worker

7. Consolidated Remuneration: Rs.29,000/- p.m. (all inclusive).

8. Duration: 06 months initially which may be extended depending upon need and performance.
