Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

Educational Qualification

• Senior Research Fellow (a): Master's degree in Chemistry with specialization in Organic Chemistry and NET/GATE qualification. Requires 2 years of research experience, including at least 6 months in sol-gel chemistry with a focus on polymer-based aerogel synthesis after post-graduation. Strong hands-on experience in aerogel synthesis and characterization is required.
• Senior Research Fellow (b): 1st class M.Tech in Polymer Science and Technology with NET/GATE and a research background in textiles and fibers. Requires minimum 2 years of experience in electrospinning, melt spinning, or aerogels after post-graduation. Strong hands-on experience in nanomaterial synthesis and characterization is mandatory.
• Project Attendant: Graduation degree with at least 3 months of extensive experience in a chemical research lab. Must have sufficient knowledge in administrative matters, proficiency in computer skills (including GeM procurement), and at least 3 years of experience in setting up/managing lab equipment and inventory.

Note on NET/GATE Relaxation: The requirement for NET/GATE may be relaxed for candidates who have graduated from Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) with a CGPA of more than 8.00 (80% aggregate marks).

Age Limit
