3. Duration: Three years or till TRCTC is exempted from the rule of immediate absorption, whichever is earlier.
4. Term of appointment: Deputation: Rs.37400-67000 GP-10000 (6thCPC)/Level-14 (7thCPC), CDA pattern. Maximum age 55 years. -OR- Rs.37400-67000 GP-8700 (6hCPC)/Level-13 (7thCPC), CDA pattern with minimum 03 years service in 8700 GP/Level-13.
5. Job description: The officer is required to look after the entire work as Departmentał head at Corporate level/functional head at zonal level and is responsible for smooth functioning of all business activities assigned to him. Note: Job/Posting may be changed as per business. requirement.
6. Perks & Benefits: Parent Pay other Plus Deputation Allowance applicable as and all IRCTC policy. Medical Allowance (outdoor)-7% of the basic pay if opted for medical facilitics of IRCTC & reimbursement of medical expenses for hospitalization. Uniform fitment allowance-7% of the basic pay. Lease/HRA at prescribed rate perks and allowances applicable as per etc.
