Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must hold a Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science OR a Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through:
- National Eligibility Tests: CSIR-UGC NET (including Assistant Professorship) or GATE
- Selection process of National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments/Agencies (DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MOE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.)
- Desirable: Experience/Knowledge in the relevant field (CBM Reservoir characterization).
- Age Limit: Upper age limit 28 years.
- Age Relaxation: Applicable as per GOI rules for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/Female candidates.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process involves shortlisting of eligible candidates followed by a Personal Interview conducted via Hybrid Mode (Online and Offline options available). Final selection will be strictly based on interview performance and project suitability.
Service Conditions
This is a purely project-based position initially for a period of 13 months or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The position is neither a central/state cadre post nor carries permanent government job benefits like lifetime pension.
