Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

Educational Qualification & Experience

  • M&E and MIS Officer: Master's degree in Statistics/Epidemiology/Public Health/Data Analytics/Computer Applications or related fields with 2 years of post-PG experience in Health or related fields.
  • Project Manager: Post Graduate degree/diploma in Clinical Research/Public Health/Hospital Administration/Health Management/Social Work with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Health or related fields.
  • Graphic Designer: Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related fields with one year of experience in graphic design software (CorelDRAW, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Project Assistant: Graduate degree in any discipline with a minimum of one year of experience in project support roles.

Desirable Qualifications

  • M&E Officer: Experience in M&E, data management, or MIS; proficiency in SPSS/STATA/R; dashboard development skills.
  • Project Manager: Experience coordinating with government stakeholders (NHM/State Health Depts), budgetary control, CSR-funded projects, and knowledge of NAFLD/NCD prevention.
  • Project Assistant: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Age Limit & Relaxation

The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) is a tertiary care, super-specialty hospital located in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India. It was established in 2009 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as an autonomous institute under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The ILBS is a mono-superspeciality hospital, which means that it provides primarily liver and biliary care. This focus on a single organ system allows the institute to achieve a high degree of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of liver and biliary diseases

The ILBS has a team of over 1000 doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The doctors are all highly qualified and experienced in liver and biliary diseases. They have received training in some of the best medical institutions in India and abroad.

The ILBS has a state-of-the-art infrastructure. It has a sanctioned capacity of 549 beds, out of which more than 300 are already operational, 4 operation theaters, a 24x7 emergency department, a blood bank, a pathology laboratory, and a radiology department. The hospital also has a dedicated research center.
