5. Required qualification and experience

a) University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields

b) Accounting/project management certification desired

c) At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in a closely related field gained in an

d) international organization including budgeting, accounting guidelines and financial management of projects

e) Strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting practices and procedures relevant to not-for-profit organizations

f) Strong proficiency of the English language, both written and spoken
