Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS) Invites Application for Data Entry Operator and More Posts

The application process is entirely offline. Follow these steps to apply:

1. Download Application Form: Download the application form from the official IGIMS website (www.igims.org).
2. Fill the Form: Fill the application form as per the prescribed proforma. Do not change the serial number, order, or heading of any column.
3. Attach Documents: Attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
   • Identification proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)
   • Educational certificates, mark sheets, and degrees (including 10th mark sheet)
   • Experience certificates
   • MCI/ State Medical Council registration certificate (if applicable)
   • No Objection Certificate (NOC) for candidates currently working in a government organization
   • Any other relevant document
4. Superscribe Envelope: Write "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF -" (mentioning the specific post applied for) on the envelope.
5. Send Application: Send the completed application through Speed Post/ Registered Post to the address below.

Last Date: The application must reach the above address on or before 4 September 2026, by 5:00 PM.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview, written test, or joining duties. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
