3. Requirements:

a) Post Graduate in Management and Business Studies or equivalent, with at least 3 years or more years of relevant experience in Office Management and administration

b) Highly proficient in MS-Office suite, with special reference to Word, PowerPoint and Excel

c) Strong social media capabilities, would be an added advantage

d) Experience in managing multiple calendars and projects

e) Proficiency in English communication skills (both written and spoken) 

4. Desirable : 

a) Ability to work under pressure, deliver under tight schedules and Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and work standards

b) Should be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills

c) Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challen
