AUD Delhi Vacancy 2026 – School & Discipline-wise Breakdown

AUD Delhi Teaching Posts Eligibility 2026

Eligibility is as per UGC Regulations 2018, NCTE (for Education), and AICTE (for Management/Design). General qualifications are summarized below. Always check the official notification for exact discipline-specific requirements.

Assistant Professor

• Master's degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in relevant subject.
• Must have cleared UGC-NET/CSIR-NET/SLET/SET OR hold a Ph.D. as per UGC norms (exemption conditions apply).

Professor

• Ph.D. with minimum 10 publications and research score of 120.
• Minimum 10 years' teaching experience as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, with evidence of guiding doctoral candidates.
• Or outstanding professional with Ph.D. and 10 years' relevant experience, plus national award for Culture & Creative Expressions posts.
• For Design/Management: Ph.D. with First Class, minimum 10 years' experience (3 years as Associate Professor), 6-10 publications.

Relaxation

• 5% relaxation at Bachelor's and Master's level for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/PwBD candidates.
• 5% relaxation for Ph.D. holders who obtained Master's before 19 September 1991.
