Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

Deputy Manager (Finance)/E1 – 1 Post (Mumbai – Tentative)

• Educational Qualification: Full-time Graduate plus CA/ICWAI.
• Experience: Experience in Finance & Accounts with IND-AS, Finalization of Accounts, GST, Income Tax, Internal & Statutory Audit, Banking and Treasury, Billing, Vetting of proposals, with knowledge of Tally, MS Office, ERP, Tenders & Contracts.
• Prescribed Level: Must be working in PB-2 + GP4200 (Level 6) for 2 years, or IDA Rs. 40,000–1,40,000 / Rs. 30,000–1,20,000 for 2 years, or in a private company at Deputy Manager level or above with gross salary of at least Rs. 50,000 per month, at least 4 years executive experience, and company turnover of at least Rs. 75 Crores.

Deputy Manager (Mechanical)/E1 – 1 Post (Paradip – Tentative)

• Educational Qualification: Full-time Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Experience of all phases of project: planning, procurement of trainsets/wagons/rolling stock, tender document preparation, bidding, execution, commissioning, post commissioning, testing, operations, maintenance of locomotives/wagons in Railway projects, Mechanical engineering infrastructure works.
• Prescribed Level: Must be working in PB-2 + GP4200 (Level 6) for 2 years, or IDA Rs. 40,000–1,40,000 / Rs. 30,000–1,20,000 for 2 years, or at least 4 years in consolidated (non-IDA) supervisory role in a PSU/Govt./JV Company, or in a private company at Deputy Manager level or above with gross salary of at least Rs. 50,000 per month, at least 4 years executive experience, and company turnover of at least Rs. 75 Crores.

Other Conditions

• Candidate must be presently working on regular (on absorption) or contract basis in Railways, Government departments, Central PSUs, Ports, JV Companies under Government Control, or a Private Company.
• Higher grade pay or pay scale granted under ACP/MACP/NF is not counted for eligibility.
• Applicant should be physically and medically fit; medical examination on selection as per Corporation's policy.
• Only Indian citizens may apply.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and experience in the relevant field. When there are 5 or more eligible candidates per vacancy, shortlisting will be done in the ratio 1:5.
2. Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal Interview, which may be held at the Corporate Office of IPRCL, through Video Conference, or at any other location at IPRCL's discretion.
3. Document Verification: Original documents will be verified at the time of Personal Interview. Candidates whose documents mismatch or who cannot produce original documents will not be allowed to appear in the interview.
4. TA/DA: Travelling expenses for the Personal Interview will be paid as per Company Policy.
5. Canvassing: Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate.
