Department: Department of Translational and Clinical Research, School of Chemical and Life Sciences, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (preferably M.Sc. in Clinical Research or equivalent) including integrated PG degrees, with three years post-qualification experience; OR PhD in the relevant discipline.
• Experience: Three years post-qualification experience with a PG degree (or PhD).
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per ICMR guidelines for reserved categories.
• Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with HPLC (preferably size-exclusion chromatography)
  • Stability testing of pharmaceutical/biological products as per ICH guidelines
  • Preparation and characterization of lipid-based vesicular systems (DLS, zeta potential, UV-Vis spectrophotometry)
  • Basic data analysis
  • Working knowledge of image analysis or Python will be an added advantage

Contract Duration, Salary & Terms of Engagement

• Project Duration: 3 years; initial appointment for 1 year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and sanction of budget from ICMR.
• Pay Structure: Rs. 67,000 per month plus 30% HRA per month.
• Nature of Employment: This is a purely temporary, project-based contractual appointment under an ICMR-funded research project. There is no guarantee of job continuity beyond the sanctioned project period or any PhD admission in Jamia Hamdard.
• Temporary service at Jamia Hamdard as a project appointee will not be counted as experience for future jobs within the university.
• Joining: Selected candidate must join immediately upon selection.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

No written examination will be conducted. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
