Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Sports Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in university/college sports, sports administration, facility management, coaching, or sports academy operations.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.), Sports Science, Sports Management, or equivalent.
- Desirable: Recognized coaching certification/diploma from SAI/NSNIS/National Sports Federation; demonstrated coaching expertise; participation/coaching at University, State, National or International level.
- Female Gym Instructor:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) / Sports Science / Exercise & Fitness / related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Gym Instructor, Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Strength & Conditioning Trainer.
- Certification in sports and sports injury management preferred.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- Stage 1: Shortlisting of applications based on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability (incomplete forms are not considered).
- Stage 2: Interview in Offline or Online mode as applicable (timings communicated via email).
- The University reserves the right to limit the number of candidates called for interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
