Online applications are invited through the online system on the ICMR-NARI website up to 23/04/2022 for the following post under the project entitled, "Anti-N IgG Antibody testing in participants of phase 2/3 COVOVAX pediatric cohort". The post is purely on temporary basis. In case of OBC, Non-creamy layer certificate from the competent authority empowered to issue such certificate should be obtained.

1. Position: Project Contract Scientist B (non-medical)

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualification: Experience of having worked in BSL-2 facility and Performing immunological techniques and cell culture for at least 2 years Trained in GCLP

4. Desirable Qualification : 

i. Will be responsible for overall planning, execution, supervision and analysis of the immunological assays.

ii. Implementation of various immunological assays including (1) cryopreservation & revival of PBMCs, 2) Immuno-phenotyping by flow cytometry 3) ELISPOT assay.

iii. Should be able to compile and undertake data analysis using rent tools.

5. Job Requirement: To perform Quality Assurance for various immunological assays such as ELISpot assay, ELISA, revival of PBMCs, maintaining the sample inventory and other laboratory assistance as required in the project. Data compilation, data analysis and report re aration.

6. Consolidated Salary: Rs. 54,300/- per month
