About National Cadet Corps Recruitment
National Cadet Corps (NCC) was established on 16th April 1948. NCC is the Indian military cadet corps. Its Headquarters is located at New Delhi. It is open to school and college students on voluntary basis. National Cadet Corps comprises of the Army, Navy and Air Force, engaged in grooming the youth of the country into disciplined and patriotic citizens. NCC recruits cadets from high schools, colleges and Universities all over the country. The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades. There are two training centres namely Officers Training Academy, Kamptee and Women Officers Training School, Gwalior. These two institutions train the school and college teachers selected to head the company/troop. Courses range from 21 days to 90 days in duration.
National Cadet Corps recruitment offers great career opportunities for several posts such as Multitasking Staff, Lower Division Clerk, Command Officer, Lower Division Clerk.
Interested candidates can pursue courses in 10th Class, 12th Class, 8th Class, 12th Class + A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer. , for a great career at National Cadet Corps.
