Applications are invited for the post of Executive Director at its Head Quarters at Anand, Gujarat.

1. Position: Executive Director

2. Qualification & Experience:

a) ​A degree in Agriculture / Veterinary Science / Dairy Technology/ Basic Sciences / Engineering /Commerce/ Economics, preferably with Management background and with at least 25 years of work experience of which the candidate should have worked for at least 5 years in a senior leadership position reporting to Managing Director/Executive Director or equivalent.  

b) The applicant would need to be a senior management professional who has experience in strategic, project and budget planning, implementation and execution of flagship programmes of the organization, appraisal, fund/portfolio management, knowledge of lending policies in India and funding by international agencies including preferably, those relating to development sector, necessary knowledge of accounting, procurement procedure and tax laws.

3. Other Essential attributes and skills: ​The basic salary of the Executive Director shall be fixed in the pay matrix 15 with a minimum basic of Rs. 1,82,200/-. Allowances and other benefits shall be payable as per the rules of NDDB.

5. Key roles and Responsibility: 

a) ​The incumbent will be responsible for preparing strategic organisational plan, providing guidance and monitoring implementation of strategic initiatives, budgeting and monitoring, formulating lending policy and framework for loans to State Cooperative Dairy Federations / Milk Unions and institutions in public sector and also for providing strategic support to federations and unions.

b) Other responsibilities will include finalization of accounts, coordination of various types of audit, appraising procurement systems and procedures, financial appraisal, loan documentation, securitization, risk assessment of borrowers, sanction/disbursement of funds and monitoring the financial performance of borrowers.
