2. Description: NDDB is an Implementing Agency for National Beekeeping & Honey Mission and Formation of Honey FPOs/Bee clusters under Formation and Promotion of FPOs scheme.

4. Profile Summary: Overall programmatic work related to ongoing  National Beeking & Honey Mission and formation of FPOs project in terms of field level implementation, coordination, data collection and other work pertaining to he projects. To facilitate organisation of training programmes, workshops, formation of FPOs, stablish good professional connect with milk unions/ agencies implementing the project under guidance from project team.

5. Qualification & Experience: A postgraduate degree and at least one year of work experience in community development/rural development/ agriculture/ social work 1-2 Years in Community Mobilisation/FPO formation/implementation of Government Schemes at Grassroot level/ Training and Capacity building programme

6. Other Essential attributes and skills: Ability to assist with all activities, particularly in the area of community mobilization activities/ FPO formation/ training & capacity building programme Effective communication skills. Strong verbal and written presentation skill Willingness to travel to different parts of country/ remote areas

7. ​​This traineeship position is for a period of one year and further extendable for one more year.
