Educational Qualification: Masters in Social Science OR Physical Sciences OR Bachelor of Engineering from a recognized university. Desirable: Doctor of Philosophy in Social Science OR Physical Science. Degree in Disaster Management OR Advanced Degree in related areas shall be given preference.
