1. Position: Chairman & Managing Director 2. Pay Scale: Rs. 200000-370000 (IDA) 3. Job Description And Responsibilities The Chairman and Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the Company and is accountable to its Board of Directors and Government. He/ she is responsible for the efficient functioning of the Company for achieving its objective and performance parameters. 4. Qualification: The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Post Graduate/ Graduate with MBA/PGDIM from a leading Institute 5. Experience: The applicant should have five years experience/ exposure during the last ten years in Agro inputs. Preference will be given to those with experience in Fertilizers sector. 6. Duration: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. 7. Advt.No. - 85/2022
