Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Consultant (Legal) – ED Secretariat
- Essential: Master's degree in law (LL.M.) from Regular Courses only. Post-qualification relevant work experience of at least 2 years, including 1 year of experience in the formulation of Public Health Policy. A working knowledge of important health related laws. Excellent legal research, analysis, drafting and presentation skills. Ability to work individually with minimum supervision. An understanding of the public health structure and systems in India. Computer proficiency.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience, including 1 year in Public Health Policy formulation.
- Desirable: Work experience in areas of health law and policy (hospitals, healthcare, mental health, gender, sexuality, disability, HIV, TB, tobacco control etc.). Research experience on relevant areas of law and health.
Eligibility for Consultant (Legal) PHA
- Essential: Master's degree in law (LL.M.) from Regular Courses only. Post-qualification relevant work experience of at least 2 years. Working knowledge of health related laws. Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience.
Eligibility for Senior Consultant-Quality and Patient Safety Division
- Essential: Refer to official notification for specific qualification and experience requirements for this role.
Salary/Stipend
- Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- Per Month.
- Fee offered within the band will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
- Other Benefits: Free Accidental insurance, Subsidized Medical insurance, Mobile bills reimbursement, Laptop reimbursement, 30 days Consolidated leave, Fully paid Maternity leave, Performance linked increments, TA/DA and per diem for on-duty visits.
