• Essential Qualification: B.A / B.Sc. / B.Com. / BBA / B.Tech. from a recognized University with MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in managing supply chain of drugs and other commodities.
• Computer Knowledge: Working knowledge of computers is mandatory.
• Preferential Qualification: Experience in any public health Programme at National/State Level will be given preference.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

NHSRC Senior Consultant (LSCM) – Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the international/national/regional database of manufacturers and suppliers of drugs, lab consumables, and programme logistics.
• Prepare documents for national-level procurement including competitive bids, Direct Shopping, and Direct Purchase.
• Assist Central TB Division in conducting pre- and post-procurement quality assessment.
• Track and review periodic procurement reports from states/districts and provide feedback.
• Monitor performance of manufacturers/suppliers in preventive maintenance of equipment under warranty.
• Ensure timely action by states/districts to prevent drug expiries by monitoring stocks at each stocking point.
• Train state programme managers and nodal officers for Pharmaceutical Supply Management (PSM).
• Facilitate change management for use of ICT and Nikshay tools for data entry and public health action.
• Conduct supervisory visits to state/district stores as required.
