Educational Qualification: 12TH
Applications are invited from eligible candidates by speed post only for the following post under the project entitled "Neurobehavioral and Biogenic amines manifestations of the Agricultural population exposed to organophosphate insecticides: A Study in Telangana Region, India" funded by ICMR at this Institute.
1. Name of the Posts: Project Data Entry Operator-B
2. No of Post: 01
3. Essential Qualifications: Intermediate or 12th pass in science stream from a recognized board with DOEACC 'A' level from a recognized Institute and/or 2 years' experience in EDP work in Govt.Autonomous PSU or any other recognized organization. A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test
4. Desirable: MCA/BCA/B.Tech
5. Nature of duties: To collect and feed the data in computer
6. Consolidated emoluments: Rs. 18,000/- fixed per month without any other allowances
7. Tenure: One year
8. Place of work: ICMR-NIN, Hyderabad.

Selection Procedure
1. After verification of the applications, the names of eligible candidates will be displayed on the official website www.nin.res.in for online interviews. Based on the Selection Committee's decision, a link will be shared to the shortlisted candidates for online Interviews through Video call/ Video-Conferencing.
2. The candidates have to make their own arrangements for Video Call/ Video-Conferencing.

National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) was founded by Sir Robert McCarrison in the year 1918 as 'Beri-Beri' Enquiry Unit in a single room laboratory at the Pasteur Institute, Coonoor, Tamil Nadu. In 1928, It emerged as full-fledged "Nutrition Research Laboratories" (NRL) with Dr McCarrison being appointed as its first Director. NIN was was shifted to Hyderabad in 1958.
