Applications are invited in the prescribed format for the position of SRF (02 no.) on purely contractual basis for 1 year to work in the externally funded project– 1. Title of the Project: Training and capacity building activities in cold chain logistics 2. Principal Investigator: Er. Pramod Kumar Prabhakar, Assistant Professor, Department of Food Science and Technology, NIFTEM, Sonipat, Haryana. Email: [email protected] 3. Position : Senior Research Fellow 4. No of Post: 02 5. Essential qualification: ME/M.Tech in Food Engineering and Management/ Food Technology and Management/Food Supply Chain Management/ Mechanical Engineering/ Refrigeration and Air-conditioning or Equivalent in relevant specialization 6. Desirable qualification : Experience in the Cold chain technology management and logistic 7. Fellowship: Rs. 31000/- + HRA (@08%) per month 8. Period : 12 Months or co- terminus with the project whichever is earlier

1. Selected candidates should bring in print out of the application form with documents in duplicate and ALL original certificates for verification at the time of joining.
2. Candidates are supposed to have their own IT facilities (e.g. laptop/PC) for the execution of the project work.
3. NIFTEM will not be responsible for any network related issues. No request for postponement of interviews will be entertained.
4. Candidates are advised to keep visiting NIFTEM website for any change in date/time of the interview; no separate letters/communication will be issued if date/time changes.
5. Decision of the NIFTEM Kundli with respect to all matters shall be final and binding.
1. Eligible candidates are advised to submit an application in the given format (Annexure I) in softcopy (PDF format – Annexure I and all supporting documents - Make Single PDF file) to [email protected] latest by 30 March 2022; 6 PM
2. Interested candidates are requested to appear for the interview (online) on 1 April, 2022
3. No TA/DA shall be paid and no separate call letters will be sent for attending the interview.
