NIRDPR is a premier Institute providing training, research and consultancy services in the field of Rural Development.NIRDPR inviting online applications from retired officers who are qualified and experienced to work for the following positions of Manager (Admn.), Manager (Vigilance) and Assistant Manager (Admn.) on contract basis.
1. Post Name: Manager (Admn.)& Manager (Vigilance)– 1 No.each
2. Essential :
i) A Degree of a recognized University/ Post Graduation/ Degree in Law
ii) Retired persons who had atleast15 years of experience in a responsible/ supervisory/ administrative position in Government organization/ autonomous bodies.
iii) Fully conversant with the Government rules and regulations, service rules, financial rules, office procedures and administration, matters/ maintenance of accounts, disciplinary cases, court cases, vigilance matters, stores, purchase procedures, maintenance of equipment and supply/ estate maintenance.
3. Consolidated Remuneration:
Their remuneration will be regulated as per Government of India, Ministry of Finance OM NO. F.No.3-25/2020-E.IIIA , dt.9.12.2020 issued for regulation of Remuneration in case of Contract Appointment of Retired Central Government Employees, ie., Basic Pay at the time of retirement minus Pension.
4. A fixed amount towards Transport allowance will be paid in addition to the remuneration, as mentioned above, as per OM ibid. No increase in remuneration is allowed during the contract period, as per OM ibid.
