Educational Qualification: L.L.B (Minimum) from a reputed institution
Experience: Minimum 8 years (on the date of application) experience as a practising advocate or in handling legal matters in PSU/Companies/Corporate houses/Law Firms/Institutions.Experience in drafting rules/regulation/responses to legal notices/vetting contracts preparation of affidavits etc. related to IT Act, Copy Right, IPR and related Acts.
