Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Executive (Outreach)

• Essential: B.Tech in any discipline/PGDM/MBA/Master’s Program in International Relations from a reputed Business school/Management Institution.
• Experience: 3 years’ experience in relevant offices as specified.

Eligibility for Chief Security Officer

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum two years of experience in a leadership role as Security Officer in a similar educational institution; retired Ex-Service Personnel not below equivalent rank to Subedar Major (Army).

Eligibility for Assistant Security Officer

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role overseeing security operations in a similar educational institution; retired Ex-Service Personnel not below equivalent rank to Havildhar (Army).

Eligibility for Executive (Continuing Education & Skill development)

• Essential: Bachelors in Engineering/Technology (B.Tech) or Management (MBA) from a reputed Institute.
• Experience: 1-year experience in conducting capacity building programs.

Eligibility for Placement Officer

• Essential: Master’s Degree in Management (MBA).
• Experience: At least two years prior experience in placement-related activities in reputed institutions; preference for experience in CFTIs.

Eligibility for Horticulture Officer

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry with at least 55% marks OR Master’s degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry with at least 55% marks.
• Experience: 8 years of relevant experience (for Bachelor's) OR 5 years of relevant experience (for Master's).

Eligibility for Software Developer

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology OR Master’s degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science.
• Skills: Skills as detailed in Annexure – 1 (Notification PDF).

Eligibility for Network Administrator

• Essential: Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines or Diploma in Networking/Computer Engineering.
• Experience: Relevant experience required; industry-recognized certifications like CCNA/CCNP/CompTIA Network+/MCSA/equivalent will be an added advantage.

The fee can be paid by scanning the QR code or by making payment to UPI id 9400785524@SBI and entering the 12-digit transaction id in the online application portal.

Selection Process

• Applicants are required to complete the online application, pay the prescribed fee, and email the relevant documents to [email protected]; failing which they will not be considered for interview.
• The selection committee may decide upon any kind of skill test and/or trade test for the candidates.
• Candidates must produce original certificates and Govt. issued photo ID proof during the selection process; candidates without required documents will be disqualified.
• No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the selection process.
