a) Name of the Post: Head/ Incharge Marketing b) Responsibilities: 1. Create and execute a defined marketing strategy and brand communications that supports growth and enhances market share and generates revenue 2. Design & Implement ATL (TV, Radio) and BTL (point of sale, trade channels, ambient media) and digital media campaigns as per business needs 3. Innovate with creative programs, driving engagement and viability 4. Advice on the translation of the overall strategy to localized catchment led marketing plans and activities – Bank Marketing and BTL activities 5. Deliver highly cost efficient campaigns 6. Developing brand communication and marketing for brands across product categories and market segments 7. Monitoring marketing trend & preparing strategy, developing brand awareness strategy, implementing marketing campaign 8. Will be responsible for overall brand architecture of the company 9. Manage the media planning and buying activities 10. Work across all functions to ensure effective customer communication 11. Devise and execute regular activities to build customer engagement and build brand salience Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Product, Business Development, Operations, etc 12. Market study, competition analysis, trends in brand/marketing c) Basic Qualification: 1. MBA from Premier Institutes with 12+ years of experience 2. Experience in Brand, Marketing Communications, Media 3. National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), an umbrella organisation for operating retail payments and settlement systems in India, is an initiative of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) under the provisions of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, for creating a robust Payment & Settlement Infrastructure in India.
Considering the utility nature of the objects of NPCI, it has been incorporated as a “Not for Profit” Company under the provisions of Section 25 of Companies Act 1956 (now Section 8 of Companies Act 2013), with an intention to provide infrastructure to the entire Banking system in India for physical as well as electronic payment and settlement systems.
